Fashion week is fast approaching!! YAY!! And NYC is gearing up for it with Fashion’s Night Out and the release of “The September Issue” an inside look at fashion’s most infamous characters, Anna Wintour Vogue editor-in-chief. Well, Vogue also decided to do us “regular folk” a favor in honor of Fashion’s Night Out and show us 100 of the hottest looks under $100 aptly titled “The Vogue Guide: 100 under $100”
